We provide a 12 month limited warranty on our products, excluding accessories and rechargeable batteries, if any, supplied with the product. The period of warranty commences at the date of purchase.

Within the period of warranty, we will remove any defects in the product due to material or manufacturing faults free of charge by either repairing, replacing, or replacing parts of the products as we deem appropriate. The warranty does not encompass the following : damage due to improper use (incorrect operation by the user, operation with wrong current supply or voltage, connection to unsuitable power sources breakage etc), normal wear and tear and defects which have inconsequential effect on the value or performance of the product. The warranty automatically expires if repair measures are undertaken by persons not authorized to do so. In the event of making a claim under a warranty, please return the complete product (incl. accessories), in the original packing if possible, together with your receipt to the service center. Carriage and return carriage charges are the customer's responsibility and are not covered by this warranty.
