Prepared Mili Abalone Mushrooms

Ingredients
:
1 Can Mili Abalone Mushrooms
(sliced and scalded)
300 grams Cauliflower (sliced and scalded)
30 grams Yellow Peas
400 grams TianJin Cabbage (cut)
100 grams Carrot (Peeled and Sliced)
100 grams Chestnut (Peeled and Sliced)
1 Tablespoon Vegetarian Sesame Oil
1/3 Teaspoon Salt
1/3 Teaspoon Sugar
2 Teaspoon Corn Flour
Preparation :
1. Prepare soup with yellow peas, cabbage, carrot and chestnut, boiling
for 1 hour.
2. Season Mili Abalone Mushrooms with the vegetarian soup and
a bit of seasoning powder.
3. Place the Mili Abalone Mushrooms in between cauliflowers on
platter
4. Use 300 ml of the soup, add in seasoning, then add in corn flour,
bring to a boil and pour over Mili Abalone Mushrooms.
