Ingredients
:
1 Can (295 grams) Mili Sze Chuan Hot & Sour Soup
50 grams Mili Crab Meat in Brine
100 grams Spinach
1 piece Beancurd (sliced)
1 Egg (Beaten)
1 Teaspoon of Corn Flour mixed with 4 teaspoons of Water
1 Teaspoon Black Vinegar
1 Stalk Thyme (Garnishment)
Preparation :
1. Wash the spinach and then cook in water for a minute, drain away
the water and cut into big slices.
2. Cook Mili Crabmeat in Brine in water for half a minute, drain
away water.
3. Pour in Mili Sze Chuan Hot & Sour Soup into the pot and
cook it, then add in cabbage, crab meat and beancurd strips into the
soup
4. Add in corn flour and egg white into the soup. Stir the soup evenly
continuoously, sprinkle in black vinegar and serve.
