Ingredients :

1 Can Mili Straw Mushroom
1 Can Mili Pineapple Cube in Syrup
5 Beancurd Skin
1 Big Onion
1/2 kg fresh prawn meat
80 grams Carrot
2 Tablespoon Corn Flour
A Bit Salt

Sauce:
1/2 Old Ginger
1/2 Stalk of Leek
100 grams Shrimp
100 grams Garlic
40 grams Garlic Sauce
50 grams Chili Sauce
50 grams Apple Sauce
2 Tablespoon Sugar



Preparation :
1. Chop Mili Straw Mushroom, Mili Pineapple Cubes in Syrup, carrot and onion and chop prawn meat to a mince.
2. Mix the above-mentioned ingredients, leave to cool, then wrap with beancurd skin into spring roll form and deep-fry.
3. Fry the ingredients for the sauce for 20 minutes.
4. Serve fried rolls with sauce.
