Braised Mock Duck with Chestnut and Cabbage

Ingredients :

2 piece Mili Vegetarian Mock Duck
1/2 Packet Chestnut (Paper Bag form)
1 Stick of Mustard
50 grams Shrimp (Can omit for vegetarian dish)
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Castered Sugar
1 (Approximately 150grams) Carrot




Preparation :
1. Pluck out the leaves of the mustard, peel carrot and cut into big slices.
2. Heat up the pan, put in the appropriate amount of oil. Put Mili Vegetarian Mock Duck into the pan and use mild heat to fry the duck till golden brown.
3. Cut the duck into small pieces after cooled.
4. Heat up the pan, add in the appropriate amount of oil and fry with the shrimps, carrot and mustard are to be fried at the same time.
5. Add in 1 bowl of water, boil the mustard and carrot under mild heat, and add in seasoning ingredients. When the mustard and carrot soften, add in the ready Mili Vegetarian Mock Duck, stir, and serve.
