Mock Abalone and Almond in Fried Beancurd

Ingredients
:
1 Tablespoon Mili Vegetarian Mock Abalone (chopped)
250 grams Beancurd
1 Tablespoon Tapioca Flour
1 Tablespoon Black Mushroom (Chopped)
1 Tablespoon Cooked Green Bean
100 Grams Almond (Sliced)
1 Piece Cheese
1 Teaspoon Salt and Pepper each
Preparation :
1. Drain away the water in the beancurd. Then marinate with tapioca
flour.
2. Add in Mili Vegetarian Mock Abalone, black mushroom, green
beans, and the seasoning ingredients.
3. Steam beancurd for approximately 10 minutes.
4. Let the beancurd cool down, then cut into slices and insert almond
slices in between each beancurd slice.
5. Deep-fry the beancurd till golden brown and serve.
