Ingredients
:
60 grams Mili Longans in Syrup
60 grams Lychees in Syrup
1 Passion Fruit
30 grams Sugar
3 stalks of Coriander
3 Chillis
3 Cloves
1/4 slice of Cinnamon Stick
100 ml Orange Juice
20 grams Walnut (Roasted)
Preparation :
1. Firstly, mix the passion fruit, sugar, cinnamon stick, clove and
orange juice and cook into starch form.
2. Add in Mili Longans in Syrup and Mili Lychees in Syrup,
simmer for a few minutes and leave aside to cool.
3. Lastly place mixture into soup bowl and garnish with coriander, chilli
and walnut.
