Lambchop with Cuttle Fish in Tomato Sauce

Ingredients :

150 grams Mili Cuttle Fish in Tomato Sauce
200 grams Lamb Chop (Add in salt, pepper and seasoning powder)
1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
2 Slices Smoked Meat
3 Potatoes
20 grams Butter
1 Tablespoon Powdered Cheese




Preparation :
1. Add in oil into frying pan, heat till sizzling
2. Put the lamb chop into the pan, fry both sides for 2 to 3 minutes till cooked.
3. Boil the Mili Cuttle Fish in Tomato Sauce.
4. Put the potatoes into another wok, pour in water till it covers the potatoes. Add in little sale and boil.
5. Drain away water and take out the potatoes, peel off skins and mash. Transfer potato into another bowl, mix with butter and cheese to taste.
6. Barbeque the smoked meat to golden brown, and cover with mashed potato.
7. Place lambchop, cuttlefish, and smoked meat onto platter and serve.
