Ingredients
:
1/3 Can Mili Rambutan Stuffed with Pineapple in Heavy Syrup
1 Cucumber
250 grams Pork Meat
50 grams Garlic Paste
50 grams Ginger (Sliced)
Corn Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Soya Sauce
Pepper
Hua Diao Wine
Preparation :
1. Remove the seeds of the cucumber and cut into pieces. Also cut the
pork into pieces.
2. Use 1/4 teaspoon salt, soya sauce, pepper and Hua Diao Wine to marinate
the prok meat.
3. Boil the cucumber and Mili Rambutan stuffed with Pineapple in
Heavy Syrup with water, then drain away the water.
4. Heat up the wok, add in a little cooking oil and fry the meat. Take
out the meat and paper dry the oil. Place the meat beside cucumber and
rambutans.
5. Add in a little oil into the wok and add in sour plum sauce, 1/4
teaspoon salt and the appropriate amount of water. Add in ginger slices
and garlic paste.
6. Pour gravy over the meat and serve.
