Mili Whole Corn and Mili Cut Corn in Coconut

Ingredients :

1 Mili Young Whole Young Corn (Steamed with Hot Water)
1 Coconut Shell (Opened and drained)
100 grams Cauliflower (sliced and scalded)
50 grams Onions (edges cut)
100 ml Coconut Milk
50 grams Butter
1 Teaspoon Curry Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Ginger Powder
1/3 Teaspoon Salt
1/3 Teaspoon Sugar
100 grams Soup Stock

Preparation :
1. Put in Mili Whole Young Corn, then put aside.
2. Put butter into the pan and melt it, and add in onions. Then add in coconut milk, ginger powder, curry powder and the seasoning powder. Once boiled, add in flour and cook till starchy.
3. Pour in mixture into the coconut shell.
4. Place the whole coconut shell into the oven and let the surface be toasted into golden brown.
