Breaded Mili Cornbeef Cake with Herb Mesclun and Tomato Corn Salsa

Ingredients :

Set 1 :
120 grams Mili Corned Beef
20 grams onion (Chopped)
10 ml Olive Oil
30 grams bread crumbs
1 Egg
10 grams flour

Set 2 :
20 grams Mili Whole Kernel Corn
1 Tomato (Diced)

10 Onions (Chopped)
3 Cloves of Garlic (Chopped)
3 basil (Chopped) or
20 ml Olive Oil
5 ml Vinegar
Salt and Pepper (Small Amount)

Garnish :
Mesclun
Chervil
Chives

Preparation :
1. Slightly fry the onions with olive oil, then mix it with Mili Corned Beef and fry for a few minutes. Upon frying, leave the dish aside to cool down.
2. Put Mili Corned Beef into a cup and shape into cake form
3. Apply a layer of flour, egg and bread crumbs onto the beef and fry for a short while.
4. Put the ingredients from the 2nd set into a bowl and mix it. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Lastly, decorate the dish with the 2nd set of ingredients and the garnish ingredients.
