Baked Mili Mushroom with Mili Crab Meat
Download Recipe in English and Mandarin - PDF Format Back to Index Ingredients : 1 Can Mili Mushrooms (Choice Whole) (Cut into Slices) 50 grams Mili Crab Meat in Brine 50 grams Butter (Cut Sliced) 200 grams Spring Onions (Peel off the skin and Cut Sliced) 100 grams Evaporated Milk 50 grams Flour 10 Crab Shells (Scalded with Hot Water & Trim Sides) 1/2 Teaspoon Salt 1/2 Teaspoon Sugar 1/2 Teaspoon Chicken Stock 100 grams Soup Stock Preparation : 1. Scald mushroom slices and spring onions 2. Simmer mushroom slices and spring onions with butter till fragrant and put aside 3. Bring stock, milk, and condements to a boil, add flour to make starch 4. Add mushroom slices, spring onions, and crab meat to starch, and put into crab shells. Apply egg and bread crumbs 5. Ovenbake for 10 minutes, until golden brown |
