Ingredients
:
1 Can Mili Fruit Cocktail
50 grams Gellatine
750 grams castered sugar
5 Egg Whites
1/2 can Coconut Milk
Ice Cubes
Preparation :
1. Put gellatine powder into 350 ml water, slowly bring to a boil until
starchy. Add in castered sugar. When fully dissolved, leave aside to
cool.
2. Add in coconut milk when mixture is cooled, add ice cubes on top.
3. Put egg whites, gellatine, sugar syrup into metal container. Use
egg beater to beat the mixture in a clockwise direction.
4. After the mixture has formed into a 'sponge' shape, add in Mili
Fruit Cocktail. (Put abit of cocktail on top of the surrounding
water, this will enable a flowing sensation)
5. Wet ice cream cup, then add in the pre-made cocktail, frozen coconut
milk, after getting the shape, put into the refrigerator and serve.
