Terms and Conditions

1. This lucky draw is open to all residents of Singapore except employees and family members of Goh Joo Hin Pte Ltd and Goh Joo Hin Pte Ltd appointed printing companies

2. The qualifying periods are as follows:
a. Christmas Draw: 21 November 2003 to 18 December 2003
b. Grand Draw: 21 November 2003 to 31 January 2004

3. Multiple entries are allowed and must be submitted together with original proof of purchase or official receipt made during the respective qualifying period. Only entry forms that are fully and legibly completed will qualify for the lucky draws.

4. All Entries could be submitted through the lucky draw boxes located in major superstores outlets or to be mailed in one envelope to:

5. The validity date for the 2 Draw is based on the date of the official receipt / proof of purchase and for mail-in entry, the official posted date stamped on the entry envelope.

6. The prizes for the Christmas Draw are as follows:-

1st Prize:- Philips 15 inch LCD TV worth S$1399.00
10 x Consolation Prize:- 4 ft (Approximate Standing Height) Christmas Bear worth S$199.90 each

7. The prizes for the Grand Draw are as follows:-

1st Prize:- Philips 23 inch LCD TV worth S$3099.00
2nd Prize:- Philips Home Theatre System MX3660 worth S$599.00
3rd Prize:- Philips Mini Compo FW-V355 worth S$359.00
4th - 8th Prize:- 4 ft (Approximately Standing Height) Christmas Bear worth S$199.90 each
9th - 13th Prize:- Red Packets (Cash) worth S$88.00 each

8. The closing time and date for the Grand Draw is 5.00 p.m. on 31st January 2004. Entries received after 5.00 p.m. on 31st January 2004 will not be considered.

9. The Grand Draw will include all entries submitted from 21st November 2003 to 5.00 p.m. 31st January 2004.

10. Only one prize will be awarded per person bearing the same NRIC for each draw and winner(s) must showed proof of identity.

11. Prizes must be taken as provided and is neither transferable nor exchangeable for cash or in kind of different type.

12. Prizes, which remain unclaimed for 1 month after the announcement of winners shall be forfeited and donated to charitable organization to be determined by Goh Joo Hin Pte Ltd at its absolute discretion.

13. In any event of any dispute on the lucky draw, the Decision of Goh Joo Hin Pte Ltd will be binding on all participants and no queries, challenges and appeals may be made or shall be entertained regarding such Decision.

14. Goh Joo Hin Pte Ltd will notify winners by post as to where and when they can collect their prizes.

15. Goh Joo Hin Pte Ltd reserves the right to substitute the prizes with other prizes of equivalent value without prior notice.

16. Goh Joo Hin Pte Ltd reserves the right to replace any qualifier(s) and/or winner(s) subsequently found to be disqualified. Goh Joo Hin Pte Ltd's Decision on all matters relating to the lucky draw is final.

17. Goh Joo Hin Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and date of lucky draw at any time at its discretion without prior notice.

Participants agree that Goh Joo Hin Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any physical; mental; or material; losses or injuries arising from the participation of this draw or the acceptance of its prizes.
Goh Joo Hin Pte Ltd reserves the right to modify or cancel the draw in the event that it becomes technically corrupted.

Goh Joo Hin Pte Ltd may, at any time at its sole discretion and without prior notice, vary, modify, delete, or add to these Rules and Regulations, and may also withdraw or discontinue the draw at any time without prior notice or liability to any participants.
